Happy Weekend, Bandits!
Hopefully you've all had a smooth transition into the New Year (and work/academic schedule) and are now enjoying the light at the end of the tunnel that is Saturday. Unfortunately, between my one person dance parties and 15 minute exercise breaks, my entire weekend will be comprised of prepping for finals week. (oh the joys of 5 APs!)
Anyhow, on a more enthusiastic note, today's look is a pair of 50/50 boots from Stuart Weitzman, a vintage Vince dress, and a Brian Atwood tote. If I'm being honest, the oxblood and black color combination is more along the lines of fall and early winter wear but I'm not bothered much by that fact. On a side note (as my relaxation deprived brain begins to ramble), isn't it interesting how we tend to subconsciously color code our wardrobes with the foliage of the present season? Autumn neutrals for Fall, darker blacks, browns, and grays for winter, and vibrant hues for spring and summer. When art mimics nature, I guess.
